In line with the fast-evolving payments landscape as well fin-tech revolution, Mashreq has decided to create a separate entity for its Merchant acquiring and servicing business. This new entity will be named “NeoPay”.

 

NeoPay will pioneer in the innovation and developed of new products and operate at a fast pace to stay abreast of competition and lead in the payments and fin tech domain in addition to continuing to provide the usual high level of service to existing merchant partners along with the reliability and trust that has been developed over the years

The objective of this campaign is to announce the launch of this new entity and create awareness in the market about the new entity. This has to be achieved while re-assuring our existing partners that their accounts and services will remain the same, the teams servicing them will remain the same and the new entity will be much bigger and better in the portfolio of products and services that they offer.
